Terms & Conditions


1.  Starlight Academy and their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

2.     Please declare all medical conditions or additional needs during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at 0862646777.

3.     Please declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

4.     Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid-for spaces will be given priority.

5.     Please refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

6.     We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

7. We do not offer replacement classes if you miss a class.

8.     If there are any sessions missed due to bad weather, teacher absence, or an event, Starlight Academy will offer a make-up session. 

9. You must give a months notice if you wish to cancel your subscription, because fees come out on the first of every month. Once the fee has been paid for the month, you have committed to that month and cannot get a refund. We can cancel your subscription so that the payment does not come out after that month. Please read this carefully so that you understand that you cannot receive a refund if you change your mind on or after the first of the month.

10.There is a €25 annual registration fee for all students. It covers insurance and administration fees. For new students, it is payable once the trial class is complete and the student is signing up for class.
